Preston Square Rehab and Wellness is a Physical Therapist-owned out-patient clinic dedicated to providing the highest quality physical therapy to Bristol and the surrounding areas.  Our goal is to make a lasting, positive, functional impact on the lives of those we serve and the immediate community.

Preston Square Rehab has been a leader in physical therapy in the Bristol, VA/TN area since 1995. We specialize in providing personal service in a welcoming environment.  Our staff is dedicated to helping you achieve your rehab and wellness goals.  We will work closely with your physician to develop a treatment plan tailor-made to help you reach your full potential. 

Along with providing physical therapy, we offer a community wellness program that includes a state-of-the-art exercise facility, featuring Keiser strength training equipment. Members of the community are invited to utilize our gym for a monthly fee, without the requirement of a long term contract.
